Lagarde Says ECB Debated Options Including Rate Hike
European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde says the euro-area economy is "certainly moving away" from the ECB's baseline scenario, and that policymakers discussed options including a possible rate hike during meetings in Frankfurt.
