While it’s not the largest or most affordable EV on the market, the Polestar 2 is arguably the closest proxy to a Tesla sedan in size, shape and price. It offers a luxurious interior and an intuitive infotainment system for far less money than electric cars bearing the Mercedes or Porsche badge. What’s unique: Polestar was spun off from Volvo and, as such, boasts a high-quality build evident from the interior materials to the “thunk” of the closing doors. And it’s quiet (even for an EV).
