Volkswagen has a parade of EVs coming, but it slotted the first, the ID.4, into the small SUV segment, a US favorite. The German brand is also moving ID.4 production to its Tennessee plant. What's unique: With a drag coefficient of .28, the ID.4 is extremely aerodynamic for an SUV.
