Sotheby’s Is Holding Another Star Wars Auction

Sotheby’s is holding its second online-only auction dedicated to Star Wars collectibles starting Friday, giving fans the opportunity to buy a piece of pop culture history just days before the highly anticipated release of the last movie in the sequel trilogy, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
The sale includes posters, stickers, and action figures from the original trilogy, as well as rare items, with estimated prices ranging from £100 to £60,000 ($77,300). Highlights include a prototype Stormtrooper helmet produced for the first film in 1976, a sculpture of Darth Vader by British pop artist Clive Barker, and a character size chart from the archives of The Empire Strikes Back’s special effects designer.
