At some point, the money being thrown at sports teams, leagues, conferences, pickleball, etc, will dry up. This year the money taps were still turned on full. Billions were thrown at the Lakers, Celtics, Atletico Madrid and others. Even the OpenAI chairman bought a stake in the San Francisco 49ers. Is that not a sign of peak sports valuations?
