Green Sky Capital Backs Egypt Sustainable Aviation Fuel Facility

Green Sky Capital signed financing for a sustainable fuel facility in Egypt, joining other regional players in backing the project as airlines look for ways to diversify their energy requirements.

The facility in the Suez Canal Economic Zone is set to produce as much as 200,000 tons of biofuels a year, including sustainable aviation fuel, hydro-treated vegetable oil, bio propane and bio naphtha, according to a statement on Monday.
