India Holds Domestic Jet Fuel Prices, Raises Overseas Rates
Indian Oil Corp. kept jet fuel prices unchanged for airlines flying domestic routes in May, after several carriers warned of a potential suspension of services due to a war-driven shortage.
India’s largest refiner, which sets the benchmark for the industry, said on its website that it would maintain the domestic jet fuel price at 104,927 rupees ($1,105) per kiloliter. But it will raise prices for the operators of international routes by $76.55 to $1,511.86.
