Russia Increases Reliance on China for Critical War Supplies

The figure is up from about 80% last year, as the European Union cracks down on the routes Russia uses to acquire restricted goods, according to people familiar with the matter who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss private assessments. While the people didn’t disclose the changes in volumes, Russia has been able to rely on the support to ramp up production of many weapons systems, including missiles and drones.
