Pentagon ‘Released’ $400 Million Ukraine Funding, Hegseth Says

The financing was “allocated for European capacity building, and as of yesterday it was released,” Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth told the House Armed Services Committee in a hearing on Wednesday when asked about the funds, without elaborating.
