More than 100 employees at Hasbro Inc. who are involved in designing the video game rendition of the popular card game Magic: The Gathering are forming plans to unionize with the Communications Workers of America.

“We’re organizing for a say in layoffs, accountability that runs up and down the chain and a living wage that actually lets people build a life,” said Damien Wilson, a senior software development engineer for Magic: The Gathering Arena, in statement on Monday.
