Slovenia in Limbo as President Defers Decision on Prime Minister

Slovenian President Natasa Pirc Musar said she won’t propose a candidate for prime minister after a first round of talks with political parties, as no-one seems to be able to gather the needed majority among lawmakers.

The development leaves the Alpine nation’s government in limbo after an inconclusive election in March.
