Seraya Said to Mull Sale of Offshore Wind Vessel Operator Cyan

Seraya Partners is considering selling Cyan Renewables Pte, an operator of vessels that serve the offshore wind industry, according to people familiar with the matter.

The Asian investment firm is working with a financial adviser on a potential sale of Singapore-based Cyan, the people said, asking not to be identified because the deliberations are private. Seraya may seek a valuation of about $2 billion for Cyan, which has drawn early interest from other infrastructure investors, industry players and conglomerates, the people said.
