Mark Cuban’s Online Pharmacy to Sell Blockbuster Blood Thinner Eliquis

Mark Cuban’s low-cost online pharmacy will sell the blockbuster blood thinner Eliquis starting next week, a win for the billionaire’s effort to transform the way drugs are sold in the US.

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. and Pfizer Inc., which partner on the medicine, have agreed to make it available through the Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company starting on Monday. A 30-day supply will cost $345, according to Adam Lenkowsky, Bristol’s chief commercialization officer.
