Vail Resorts Sees Earnings at Low End of View on Dearth of Snow

The Bloomfield, Colorado-based company said season-to-date total skier visits were down 15% through April 19 compared with a year earlier, leading to a lift revenue drop of 5.6%, according to a Thursday statement. The shares fell as much as 2.8%.
