Honeywell Is Said to Near Sale of Warehouse Services Unit to AIP

Honeywell International Inc. is in advanced discussions to sell its warehouse and workflow solutions business to American Industrial Partners, according to people familiar with the matter.

A sale of the unit, known as WWS, to the private equity firm could be announced as soon as Thursday, though details of an agreement including timing may still change, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is private. The size of the transaction couldn’t be learned.
