Apollo Nears €1.4 Billion Deal for Forvia’s Interior Unit

Apollo Global Management Inc. is nearing a deal to acquire the auto interiors business of Forvia SE, people familiar with the matter said.

The private equity firm is putting the final touches on an acquisition that could value the asset at about €1.4 billion ($1.6 billion), according to the people.
