ECB Officials Say April Is Too Early to Decide on Rate Hikes

Two European Central Bank officials said it’s too soon to lift borrowing costs this month as the full consequences of the Iran conflict remain unclear.

“We should wait,” Greek central-bank Governor Yannis Stournaras said Wednesday, citing “uncertainty and the high hopes that this war might end soon.”
