A strike at Belgium’s Bpost entered its fourth week, bringing deliveries in the Brussels region to a virtual standstill and threatening a transition plan at the postal and logistics company.

Walkouts continued on Tuesday, with deliveries stopped in Brussels and operating at about 50% capacity in the French-speaking Wallonia region, according to a company spokesperson. Walkouts continued despite the announcement last week of a deal which the group hoped would resolve the industrial action.
