Ukraine expects oil to resume flowing through the Druzhba pipeline as soon as Tuesday, clearing the way for the European Union to unblock a much-needed €90 billion ($106 billion) loan for Kyiv.

Technical tests of the pipeline, which supplied Hungary and Slovakia before it was damaged in a Russian attack in January, are scheduled to take place on Tuesday, according to people familiar with the matter, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
