AirTrunk to Acquire Lumina CloudInfra to Expand in India

AirTrunk, a data center operator backed by Blackstone Inc., is buying Lumina CloudInfra to expand in India.

The acquisition will give AirTrunk access to Lumina’s development pipeline, contracts and relationships and operating capabilities, according to a statement Monday. That includes about 600 megawatt of planned capacity, representing up to $5 billion of development potential. The companies didn’t disclose financial terms of the transaction.
