Opposition Leader Machado to Return to Venezuela in a Few Weeks

Venezuela’s main opposition leader María Corina Machado announced that she’ll return to Venezuela in the next few weeks, a couple of months after US forces bombed Caracas and captured Nicolás Maduro in an early morning raid.

“I will return to Venezuela in the coming weeks,” said Machado in a video posted on social media in which she praised the US government for removing the country’s former strongman leader.
