Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he and US President Donald Trump discussed preparations for a meeting between negotiators from their countries planned for Thursday in Geneva, as well as further peace talks involving Russia.

The conversation on Wednesday, which lasted 30 minutes, came a day after Ukraine marked four years since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion. Another round of US-led trilateral talks may take place around March 4-5, according to a person familiar with the matter who spoke on condition of anonymity.
