The heiress of Chinese beverage giant Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co. is seeking court approval to further appeal two orders concerning $1.8 billion in assets held in an HSBC Holdings Plc account in Hong Kong.

Kelly Zong has applied to the city’s Court of Appeal for permission to challenge a preservation order and a disclosure order previously granted by a high court judge, according to court documents reviewed by Bloomberg. The heiress is asking the court to set aside both orders and dismiss the originating summons, the filings show. The appeal comes amid an inheritance dispute with three of her half-siblings.
