The founder of Dell Technologies Inc. and his wife, Susan, announced Tuesday they’re donating $6.25 billion to help fund “Trump accounts,” an idea enshrined into law by President Donald Trump and Republican legislators earlier this year. Some 25 million accounts for children 10 and under would be seeded with $250 each, money administered by the US Treasury Department that would be invested on the kids’ behalf.
