Indonesia’s Sampoerna family has agreed to sell its 65.7% stake in palm oil unit PT Sampoerna Agro to AGPA Pte for an undisclosed sum.

AGPA is a subsidiary of South Korea’s Posco International Corp., Sampoerna Agro said in a statement on the sale Thursday.
