McKinsey Promotes 224 to Partner in Larger Class Than Last Year

McKinsey & Co. has promoted 224 staffers to partner, up from about 200 the previous year, though smaller than the numbers seen just after the Covid-19 pandemic.

The consulting firm elevated 66 women to partner globally, representing 29% of the total, a spokesperson said. The firm promoted just six women out of 56 to senior partner in April, 11% of the total, Bloomberg previously reported.
