Italian stationery company Fila SpA is reviewing options for its minority stake in India-listed Doms Industries Ltd as it seeks to deepen ties with the fast-growing Asian market, according to people familiar with the matter.

Among the options being considered are increasing the Doms stake, selling some of it or potentially combining the companies, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing private deliberations. Fila, known for its Giotto crayons and Dixon Ticonderoga pencils, owns 26% of Doms, worth about $450 million at market prices.
