Eunice to Use Planned Egypt-Greece Power Link for Green Hydrogen

Greece’s Eunice Energy Group said it’s planning to use renewable power imported from Egypt to produce green hydrogen.

The aim is to derive more value from abundant solar energy supplies — especially during peak sunlight hours — for off-grid applications, said George Pechlivanoglou, the company’s general director. That would bring relief to networks that are becoming flooded with renewable energy during certain parts of the day.
