Cameroon’s nonagenarian President Paul Biya returned from a more than a week’s private stay in Switzerland to lead the campaigns of his party into the Oct. 12 presidential elections.

The world’s oldest president who is seeking another seven-year term after ruling the central African country for 43 years, arrived at the Yaounde Nsimalen International Airport Wednesday evening, state broadcaster, Cameroon Radio Television reported.
