Billionaire Kweks’ CDL Profit Rises; Succession Plan ‘Fluid’

The Singapore developer controlled by the country’s richest clan reported a small profit increase, as its leadership sought to demonstrate it has moved past a damaging family feud that erupted earlier this year.

City Developments Ltd.’s net income rose 3.9% to S$91.2 million ($71.1 million) in the first half of 2025 compared with a year ago. Revenue increased to S$1.69 billion, an 8% jump.
