Figma Files for US IPO Showing Gains in Revenue, Profit

Design software business Figma Inc. filed Tuesday for what could be one of the year’s biggest initial public offerings.

San Francisco-based Figma is planning to go public as soon as this month, said a person familiar with the company’s plans who asked not to be identified because the information wasn’t public yet.
