Baghdad, Iraqi Kurdistan Sign Deal Aimed at Restarting Oil Flows

The Iraqi government has signed an agreement with Kurdistan aimed at resuming oil exports from the semi-autonomous region via the Turkish port of Ceyhan.
Under the agreement, oil exports will restart under federal oil marketing company SOMO, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani said at a joint press conference with the Kurdistan Regional Government in Baghdad.
