A Spanish judge ordered the end of an investigation into Iberdrola SA Chairman Ignacio Galan as part of a corporate spying case.
Manuel Garcia Castellon, a judge at the National Court in Madrid, ruled that proceedings against Galan should cease because the crimes the power company executive was being investigated for had exceeded a legal time limit, according to a statement from the tribunal.
