With two weeks to go before the track and field World Championships, the doping scandal in athletics has spread to the biggest marathons.
According to a report by the Sunday Times, one in four winners of races held in Chicago, London, New York, Boston, Berlin and Tokyo in the past 12 years had suspicious blood tests. In London, seven victories were tainted, the paper said.
