Advanced Microgrid to Build Power Storage Systems at Shell Sites

Advanced Microgrid Solutions, a provider of energy-storage systems, agreed to install as much as 20 megawatts of capacity at Royal Dutch Shell Plc sites in California.
Advanced Microgrid will design, finance, build and operate the battery systems, and Shell will have dispatch rights, according to an e-mailed statement Monday from the San Francisco-based storage provider.
