Shanda Games Ltd. said it has agreed to be taken private in a $1.9 billion deal.

Capitalhold Ltd. will pay $3.55 for ordinary shares of the Chinese online game developer and $7.10 for American depositary receipts, Shanda said in a statement on Friday.
