Intelligence Agency Funding $54.6 Billion in 2011, Up 2.8%

U.S. intelligence agencies received $54.6 billion in funding in fiscal 2011, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence said today.
The fiscal 2011 funding was up $1.5 billion, or 2.8 percent, from the $53.1 billion in the previous fiscal year. The DNI is requesting $55.5 billion for fiscal 2012, an increase of 1.6 percent.
